Mr. Collins has practiced products liability law and transportation law for more than forty years and has handled or overseen the handling of products cases on a national basis in a number of different states. He is head of a litigation team specializing in defense of transportation and products liability (including food products liability), premises liability, commercial litigation, labor and employment, construction, and other insurance defense-related claims.
Military Experience
Outside of his civil practice, Mr. Collins is a Captain in the Texas State Guard and serves as Staff Judge Advocate in the 4th Battalion, 2nd Brigade.
