Victoria concentrates her practice primarily in civil litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, and trucking litigation. Prior to joining Bush and Ramirez, Victoria gained valuable experience practicing insurance defense and construction litigation.

Victoria obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Texas A&M University. She later attended law school at Texas A&M University School of Law, where she was the president of the Intellectual Property Student Association, a research assistant for numerous professors and worked as a 1L mentor.

Victoria worked on honing in her legal skills while at Texas A&M University School of Law by work in diverse practice areas including art law, general litigation, and non-profit in house counsel. Through working in different legal environments, Victoria is able to adapt quickly to new legal situations.
