Preston focuses his practice on civil litigation, principally in personal injury and premises liability defense for national retailers. Prior to joining Bush and Ramirez, Preston refined his litigation skills as an Assistant District Attorney with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. During his six years as a prosecutor, Preston tried twenty felony cases to verdict or favorable mid-trial settlement and conducted numerous evidentiary hearings, negotiations, and court appearances.
Preston attended law school at Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia, where he was very involved in the mock trial program.
