Nick’s practice is primarily focused on personal injury, premises liability, products liability and construction defect defense. Prior to joining Bush & Ramirez, Nick acquired valuable experience practicing insurance defense and honed his litigation skills successfully defending both corporate and individual clients.
Nick obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Mississippi. He attended law school at South Texas College of Law Houston where he was a Buck J. Wynne Memorial Scholarship recipient. Using his background in risk management and his diverse legal experience, Nick effectively develops and implements strategic litigation plans to maximize case success for his clients.
