Clark focuses his practice on general civil litigation, serving corporate and insurance company clients, on a wide variety of civil lawsuits, including personal injuries, premises liability, products liability, transportation-related injuries, insurance coverage, and commercial contracts. Clark focuses on providing top-notch but budget-conscious and efficient work for his clients. He enjoys serving clients in a firm where attorneys collaborate and willingly lend their expertise to each other so they can deliver optimal outcomes as a team.
Clark’s outgoing personality serves him well in litigation. He loves to be out in front of people, whether it’s in a courtroom, deposition, hearing, mediation, or inspection. Clark finds it highly gratifying to craft well-reasoned arguments and present them in front of a judge or jury.
A long-time golfer, Clark tries to get out on the golf course as much as possible. However, he and his wife have two young daughters, so leisure time is in short supply these days. Clark is also passionate about cooking and particularly likes to fire up the grill.
