About Preston
Overview
Prior to joining Bush & Ramirez, Preston spent several years working on a variety of cases that include car/trucking accidents, premises liability claims, wrongful death claims, and bad faith claims. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of civil disputes. In less than a year of being a licensed attorney, Preston sat first-chair and won his first jury trial.
Experience
Preston earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston. He was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship Award for academic achievement and the Shea Lynn Memorial Award for his achievements as a mock trial competitor in South Texas’ Advance Trial Practice Group.
