About Preston
Overview
Prior to joining Bush & Ramirez, Preston handled a broad range of civil matters, including motor vehicle and trucking collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and insurance bad-faith disputes. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, he brings a balanced perspective to litigation that informs his approach and strengthens his advocacy. Preston now focuses his practice on the defense of corporate and individual clients and has developed a proven record of securing favorable outcomes through strategic early resolution, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Experience
Preston earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston. He was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship Award for academic achievement and the Shea Lynn Memorial Award for his achievements as a mock trial competitor in South Texas’ Advance Trial Practice Group.
