Marshall G. Rosenberg

Marshall Rosenberg is a seasoned trial attorney with 32 years of experience defending companies and insurers in state and federal courts throughout Texas. Marshall has a proven track record in the courtroom involving construction litigation, design professional disputes, general insurance defense, and premises liability litigation having tried scores of cases to verdict or final award in binding arbitration.

For over 15 years, Marshall has served as regional counsel for several international corporations and publicly traded entities, including the largest restaurant company in the world and retail industry, as well as national design firms. Marshall also provides consulting services and contract reviews for architects, engineers, contractors, builders, and developers.
