About Bryce


Bryce is a civil litigator with a background in criminal prosecution who zealously defends individuals and corporations in a variety of legal actions. Bryce’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury defense, including premises liability, products liability, and transportation cases. Bryce also has experience in regulatory compliance matters, medical malpractice defense, contract disputes, and labor and employment law. Bryce’s experience as an Assistant District Attorney and a civil litigator arms him with unique skills to investigate claims, develop complex litigation strategies, argue persuasively in court, and see that justice is achieved on behalf of his clients.


Bryce started his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony crimes on behalf of the State of Texas. Serving as a prosecutor for over three years, he developed his skills as an attorney through frequent court hearings and jury trials, witness interviews, forensic and medical expert consultations, grand jury indictments, and negotiating with opposing counsel to resolve cases fairly and efficiently. In private practice, Bryce has represented individual and corporate defendants in personal injury, regulatory compliance, contract, and labor and employment actions. In law school, Bryce served as the Editor in Chief of the Richmond Public Interest Law Review, a class representative in the Student Bar Association, and competed in mock trial and moot court competitions.
