About Amy
Overview
Amy takes a proactive approach to create tailored defense strategies specific to each client’s unique litigation needs. She has successfully defended clients against bad faith claims, securing dismissals, and assisted in coverage investigations involving fraud and non-covered claims, as well as written coverage opinions.
Experience
Prior to joining Bush Ramirez, Amy gained valuable experience at several national law firms, where she represented business entities across a wide range of industries and effectively handled a variety of insurance defense and litigation related to a variety of liability matters. She has represented companies and individuals in the defense of claims related to trucking and transportation disputes, as well as breach of contract matters and general commercial litigation. Amy has substantial experience defending against personal injury claims related to automobile liability, including cases involving catastrophic injury and fatalities.
Amy earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University. She is passionate about gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.
