About Delaney
Overview
Prior to joining Bush & Ramirez, Delaney served as General Counsel and COO of a medical diagnostics company, where she led corporate transactions, including M&A and stock purchase agreements, and oversaw legal, compliance, and contract matters. She previously maintained a broad civil litigation practice, with experience in life and health insurance, contract disputes, business torts, antitrust, and employment law.
Experience And Education
Delaney earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she served on law review and interned with Magistrate Judge Frances H. Stacy of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Houston.
With over a decade of experience across private practice and in-house counsel roles, Delaney combines legal precision with practical business insight. She works closely with business owners and corporate clients on both the litigation and transactional sides of their operations, providing strategic guidance grounded in experience across industries and sectors.
