Kelsey comes to Bush & Ramirez with a diverse background that spans both financial regulation and commercial litigation. This broad range of experience allows her to navigate high-stakes disputes with strategic insight, tenacity, and practical judgment. Her practice at the firm is focused on civil defense litigation, including personal injury, premises liability, and trucking accidents

Experience

Kelsey began her legal career as an enforcement attorney with the Texas State Securities Board, where she honed her skills investigating and prosecuting complex white-collar fraud cases.  She later transitioned into private practice, working at a Houston boutique litigation firm focused on high exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.

Kelsey received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was active with the school’s moot court program. During her time on the moot court team, she secured numerous victories for her oral and written advocacy.
