About Tiffany
Overview
Prior to joining Bush & Ramirez, Tiffany practiced in the maritime law space, with a primary focus on the Defense Base Act, an extension of the Longshore Harbor and Workers’ Compensation Act and Federal Workers’ Compensation insurance defense. In this role, Tiffany provided invaluable defense counsel to United States Government Contractors and renowned, international insurance companies.
Experience
Before practicing defense work, Tiffany built an extensive background as a Plaintiff’s attorney, representing individuals in a variety of personal injury matters including commercial litigation, automobile collisions, and premises liability among others. Through her experience on both sides of the aisle, Tiffany is able to provide focused, exceptional, and thorough representation to her clients with a nuanced understanding of either side’s position.
Tiffany attended Loyola University of New Orleans where she was a member and Captain of the Women’s Volleyball Team and Academic All-American. Tiffany then completed her Juris Doctor at Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law. During law school, Tiffany clerked for The Honorable Judge Susan Brown in the 185th Criminal District Court in Houston, Texas where she learned invaluable lessons about what it means to be a fierce advocate and how to behave in a court room.
