Representative Matters

Ken prides himself in his ability to present matters to the court, and throughout his career, he has been very successful in obtaining favorable rulings on numerous motions which directly affect the outcome of the case. These include motions for summary judgment, motions to strike experts, motions to exclude evidence, declaration actions regarding insurance coverage, and the appeals seeking to uphold such rulings.

  • Trucking cases involving accidents, deaths, and coverage. Apartment and premises liability cases following shootings, assaults, and injuries on the premises. Dealership responsibility during the sales of RVs and automobiles.

  • When an upset in the refinery led to a product that damaged another plant, an intensive investigation and analysis into plant operations surrounded the lawsuit involving additional insured issues, chemical reactions, and extensive plant damages.
