After completing her Plan II Liberal Arts Honors degree from The University of Texas, she received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. In the past, Shelli has represented healthcare providers on reimbursement issues, managed regulatory compliance for child-care providers and developed custom websites and social media marketing platforms for small businesses.

  • Homeowners filed suit against foundation repair company, alleging DTPA violations and seeking actual, special, and punitive damages after initial repair was followed by subsequent foundation deterioration and under-slab plumbing leaks over a period of several years. Case resolved at mediation following expert witness evaluation.
  • Driver of car allegedly sustained injury when truck hauling waste backed into Plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff died during the course of litigation due to unrelated illness. Shepherded opposing counsel through probate matters so liability claims could be finally resolved.
  • Represented cleaning contractor when store employee allegedly slipped and fell while at work, sustaining significant back and neck injuries requiring surgery. Expert witness evaluations by orthopedic surgeon and economics consultant contributed to resolution of dispute at mediation.
