Dana Milasinovic received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and paralegal certification from University of Houston in 2007. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from South Texas College of Law in 2013. Dana is a member of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. She has been an integral part of Bush & Ramirez, PLLC since 2008. She is licensed in Texas and admitted to practice in all state courts.

  • Successfully second-chaired an arbitration preventing closure of a dealership involving the GM bankruptcy and mass nationwide mandatory dealer closures.
  • Handled over 400 civil cases in the areas of personal injury defense, insurance defense, contractual disputes, deceptive trade practices, dram shop, and general civil litigation.
  • Successfully mediated a case for 70% less than reserve in an at-fault 18-wheeler right-hand squeeze high damages personal injury case.
  • Successfully created an in-depth trial presentation analyzing the logbooks of an opposing trucking Defendant tracking the speed, movement, and hours on duty that resulted in a verdict favorable to client.
  • Prepared significant legal pleadings including party answers, motions to designate, motions to compel, special exceptions, removals, motions to exclude, motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, jury charges, and various appellate briefs, petitions for mandamus, and memoranda of law.
